Yes .Iā€™m always up thru the morning of the next day, and even towards noon hours. Then I have times , when my insomnia gets so bad , I would stay up close to 24hours.

I have weird dreams from some of my anti seizure meds but I started taking Magnesium Glycinate instead of a plain Magnesium supplement my neurologist suggested. The Mg Glycinate actually helps a TON to get your sleep better managed. So now instead of me waking up several times a night I am pretty much sleeping solidly for about 7-10 hrs a night. I do still recognize the weird dreams and try to just let them go ā€¦. and not bring me stress.
