According to Dr certain antidepressants can affect the level of Keppra..but as long as I stay seizure free they aren't going to change dosage.

Neurologist checks Keppra and Zonisamide levels every 6 months. I was just curious if there a connection.

Can I just ask if your having Lab work for Keppra what tests do you have done? I'm on Keppra as well and I'm meant to have my first blood test in a few weeks and I've always wondered what the tests will be.

It's dif per person, I think that you might mention that to your doc and see what they say, in my opinion, it could be a number of things, but doesn't hurt to ask about it, be safe
