Speaking for myself, I don’t find them helpful. Constipating! I try to follow a low fat diet and exercise to strengthen my bones and ligaments.

Everything Doesn't Work For Everyone. I've Been Taking Vitamins Daily For 50yrs Of My 57yr Old Life. I Exercise & Do My Yoga And Eat All My Fresh Fruits,Vegetables And My Fish.

I take vitamin D3, and my neurologist also let me know that that's a vitamin that I need to keep taking

I take vitamin D. I also manage to eat a lot of fruits and vegetable (especially oranges, Apples, and green leafy vegetables to also get my nutrients) as well

I take calcium all the B’s and I don’t know if they have but I take them anyway and zinc

Try getting the vitamins without iron. It can be constipating. I know they are out there because I retain too much iron. I do take B12 and D, because my meds really deplete those vitamins.
