I never would've gotten my epilepsy under control if I didn't do my own research. My seizures were recorded, I follow the ketogenic diet which has helped tremendously, I had a right temprolobectomy in 2018 and have been seizure free 6 years. My neurologist wasn't for the keto diet. I told him I was not asking for permission I am doing it and will continue. I came back a year after and taking away carbs and cooking with good fats made my 34 years of grand Mal seizures become absences. I still follow the diet. I am overly blessed. So many answered prayers. I am seizure free after a 36 year journey.
