When my wife was pregnant with both our daughters, now 24 & 28, I took her morning sickness for both and she never felt sick. I could not have anything to eat or drink before around 11am because I would throw up. Now she is going through her hot/cold flashes and wishes I would take them for her like I took her morning sickness. I do take them some nights, but I am taking them at the same time she is.

It's dif per person, I would suggest asking your doc about this ❓ and go from there, people's opinions are ok here, but that is my opinion

I started having seizures at age 60. I was sent to a specialist in hormone replacement therapy. It has helped. Happy to talk further.

Menopause usually brings on hot flashes this is because your body is making less hormones or you no longer make them do to removal of the ovaries. There’s natural supplements for hot flashes that can help control the symptoms and prevent the night sweats or you can talk to your doctor about taking a hormone replacement drug.

Headaches can be caused by the fact withdrawal or it could also be connected to your epilepsy or other health issues so talk with your doctor about your headaches. I have suffered with migraines for years and they got so bad I was unable to sleep my doctor put me on a migraine medication that treats only migraines and they are much better now.
