no but i have food seizures (auto immune epilepsy). i do not have photosenitivaty seizures (flashing lights epilepsy).

I don't watch them even post-surgery. I'm not too fond of the fireworks. I remember what that used to do. The year after my surgery, a local got drunk and set them off right outside my window, and my mind had a war in itself, thinking I was having a seizure, but I ripped off the head wrap to see the fireworks and saw them. Then I realized the problem. I went downstairs and got the drunk to stop. This was the worst headache the day after for me. I, therefore, have avoided them ever since. I have a picnic tonight with family.

@bryanmatin2 I am on vitamins and have been for years. I've also currently and have for years been using thc with cbd. I started thc/cbd because of autoimmune disorder. Then I also notice it would also help with my epilepsy symptoms. My dr and I are discussing diets but wants me see nutritionist first to see what they say, as I've been losing weight monthly.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member why don't you go on the keto diet? or the acktins diet? or a high fat/low carb diet. maybe go on vitamins and cbd/thc with cbd/weed?

Myself can't enjoy as did in past years. Here in the complex live in people started before dark doing fireworks, gave me a headache too. Some were out in parking lot by my building live in, going on for hours not stopping until around 1:30 this morning. UGG!
