This Is A 2 Part ? Hypothetically Below Or Whatever

I know that they say that you shouldn't do this or that with your condition, but then tried it and found out it didn't have a effect on you? #2 that would be the side effects from the meds you take, they say may happen but don't? The side effects that you have on your meds, and what may happen to you.

Does any bother to read the drug fact sheet that comes with the medication ? About possible side effects? Use common sense in our daily lives and we will be fine. ericthom3

I would suggest to everyone that when you are prescribed a new med, look up info on it and the side effects. For a while I didn't worry to either look up side effects or info on a medication prescribedto me. When I realized how the seizure medications I take can effect the meds I take for hypothyroidism and visa versa I was very pleased with myself and was actually surprised about what I found out. We shouldn't just leave what meds we need to take up to the neurologist. What we find out after looking into new meds can be very surprising sometimes.
We can surely help ourselves even more sometimes by requesting to stop or start taking certain meds.

Only thing I can think of is living by myself. Some family members didn't think I could, others who thought I could. Was going to prove to those who didn't think so, it was hard through times. I did it and have enjoyed it too.

There is no boundaries on what you can do. If you feel comfortable with your activity then do it. I cook with an induction oven. Just wrap me in bubble wrap 😆
If you can’t control your disability then don’t let it control you.

'With doing things I shouldn't do, don't swim alone I don't hubby's right there. Cooking was taken away from me after I had a ton of breakthrough seizures, hubby cooks I mix my special sauces for stir fries. Alcohol well I do have a tiny bit at holy communion and it is the best wine! But that tiny bit has never brought on a seizure and my doctor isn't concerned about it. That's about it. I'm not a rebel as I was in my teen years. I grew up to just enjoy life as an adult which is easy to do when your bringing up 3 kids and doing all sorts of fun things with them all the time. I don't know how many tents we wore out! That was our favorite thing to do!
