Does This Community Reveal People Who Could Be Taken Advantage Of?
Does anyone receive strange spam? Spam made by what looks to be made by a five year old who is possibly still using windows 95... ?
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member The best thing to do is to report it. Thankfully, this place isn't like Facebook where you get flooded with spam accounts and nothing gets done about it. This place only has the odd spam account pop up every so often and when you report it, they delete it.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member It's not as bad some of these FB epilepsy groups, or Reddit, you only have to say one wrong thing there then you just get absolutely slorted.

Not yet but tbh I wouldn't be surprised if it does happen. I have seen a few dogy accounts in the past that try to promote products.
