I'm pretty sure it's in settings/account settings.
Account settings and then location change.
ok, go to the top left where you see the 2 long lines. click and scoll down to the 'settings'. 'account settings'. there you will find the 'location' change. hope that helps you.
Like mantle said it should be in you account settings.
