After having a seizure, does anyone else get extremely paranoid that another seizure is just around the corner?

no, and i had seizures every 1-3 hour (before surgery in 2001). i was before, during, and after a seizure. after the surgery, the seizure fear just melted away. i have seizures but it is 1 every couple of years now.

No, I don't get paranoid about I get PO ed when it and want it to end quickly. I take a nap. and move with my life. Worry never helps I just take of my bussiness life paying bills and cooking and getting my phone straighten out Back to spectrum fo a year mobile yeah !!! ericthom3 Take care Mary .

Yes, but what I do now is only after I have had a seizure I take an anxiety pill which calms my nerves and cluster seizures. This has helped a lot but I only take it when I have had a seizure otherwise I don’t touch it.

I've heard of a lot of people that do but not me. I've also heard that people can panic a bit when they reach mile stones such as 6 months, 12 months or 2 years seizure free ect. I did freak out a little bit when my seizures were uncontrolled but not so much now.

No, more tired for short time period. Never concerned if another will happen, Ozzy keeps me too side tracked. πŸ•πŸ€ͺ
