It's dif per person, I got tired now and then also, I've noticed taking naps now and then after a ok night sleep, I think it's a few things that play a factor in my current condition, age, my meds and condition, and such etc, I am ok with it, but I it's not like say 5 or so years ago, but I am ok with that, my opinion here

Having seizures feel tired and worn out is not surprising. I believe all types of seizures may do that to people after a seizure. I know I started having seizures at 15 yrs. old having about 30-40 seizures a month. After seizures I had problems losing bowel movement, migraine headaches, and extremely tired. After the 1st lobectomy my seizures and after effects, migraine headache, and tiredness decreased 90%.. The after effects of losing bowel movement stopped completely. After the 2nd lobectomy it fully stopped migraines, and tiredness from the action of seizures. Still do get tired from side effects of the medication.

Sorry to hear that , @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member . Sound like you’re experiencing cluster seizures. May want to talk to your Dr, and Seizure Recovery meds ( they are actually anxiety meds. ) , like Lorazepam. It can help slow down to stopping your seizures.

When that happened to me, all I wanted to do is sleep for a couple of hours!
