Stress can be a trigger but usually they say it's a non Epileptic sezuire the only way they know is by an eeg I was told I get non Epileptic sezuires and have Epilepsy so I definitely have to avoid being in a stressful situation to avoid and trigger a seizure which is almost impossible nowadays not too get stressed.

My seizures have also been triggered from lack of sleep , late on my meds ,other triggers and just out of the blue type seizures.

Stress can definitely be a trigger! We have the first day of the new school year starting Tuesday, and I'm a wreck! Even though it's my 25th year teaching--I'm always a wreck. We have a couple of new administrators. I have told them about my condition and about allowances that need to be made for me. I have some colleagues who know, but I don't share it with everyone. Your first responsibility is to yourself....

Stress has always been a trigger for my seizures. Back when I was in school I could make it through the summer having just 1 or 2 seizures but when school started my seizures increased so it would had to have been the stress from school.
