Thank you so much I am going through perimenopause and I have damage sinus bones.. I am just really nervous about this perimenopause because I was advised that due to hormone changes that are study happening..once I mentioned I suffer from epilepsy and one of the main triggers are stress,depression and fatigue.. I was advised to take it easy because perimenopause are only the early stages.. I was so happy that the nurse was honest because she watched her niece go through with epilepsy too
