Remember to be careful about taking an herbal supplement. I did this once before for a total of 10 years. The herbal supplement I took stated in health books that it was to aid in helping the central nervous system. I took it for over ten years and the doctors knew about it the whole time. Basically, once I moved to another state then my primary doctor at the time did blood work (labs) to check my medication. The doctor actually told me that I ended up with an inflamed liver due to me taking the herbal supplement. The one I took is still sold on the market today and I complained about it to the FDA. All I would say is get checked by your primary doctor before taking any supplements.

I can’t see it messing up your meditation from working. It’s an Herb compared to an actual drug. Certain drugs can mess up, the AED medication ‘s potential.

This is my opinion , so you may what to talk to your Dr. and make sure it is ok.
