Do You Have A Sweet Tooth Or No? I Have A Small Tiny One But It's Few And Far Between, Curious, What Are Your Thoughts? Does It Effect You?

I was at first ok with sweets I had in my life with since growing up with and I say didn't really notice anything it did with the condition I have, but say 3 yrs now it's tapered off and I get one as for candy etc, once in a while, the thing is once I do eat it's really sweet to me, maybe it's me, but seems that way, what are your thoughts?

I could eat my son's Halloween haul with no problem, but I don't. So yes I have a sweet tooth.

Yes, I do, a little one but I eat them in moderation. I eat more fruits, and vegetables, small amounts of meat or carbs, and lots of water. i don't drink any sodas or drinks except occasionally orange juice.
Plus I lost a good amount of weight and don't want to gain it back. LOL

I no longer have much of a sweet tooth. I’ll eat a protein bar 😋

No sweets for me. I cut out sugar and salt a log time ago. Although my sodium levels get really low which is dangerous for me . So I have been putting salt on my food but they are still low. I’m thinking I need to incorporate some foods that have sodium.
