@SherlyStombaugh2 , Here are some websites to help describe in more detail about SUDEP: https://www.epilepsy.com/complications-risks/ea... . There’s also one where you can read about it & also about a little boy who passed away from it & you can find some information & read about a little boy named Danny at www.dannydid.org & if your grandson needs an Epilepsy Device & y’all need assistance getting him one, you can apply for assistance with The Danny Did Foundation & see if you’re approved to get him one. @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , I’m so sorry. My prayers are with you & your family as you continue to deal with that pain. If you’d like, I bet there’s an Epilepsy Foundation in your area where you could look into support groups & see if they offer support groups for caregivers. You can look up your local Epilepsy Foundation at www.epilepsy.com. You could keep the spirit of your grandson alive, while trying to spread Epilepsy Awareness. Again, I’m so sorry for your loss. 🤗💜🦋😇🙏🤗 Your friend in Texas, Becky

My grandson, passed about 2 years ago. We didn't know for 2 days. He did not check in with his parents which was the condition for him getting his own place. The police would not open the door for two days. His body had already begun to deteriorate.
