It's hard to say for sure what might be causing feelings that only occur every 5-6 months. However, any new or unexplained symptoms are worth discussing with your doctor, especially if they impact your life in some way. Describe the feelings to your doctor in as much detail as possible - when they happen, how long they last, if anything makes them better or worse, etc. Keeping a symptom journal can help identify any patterns and provide useful information. There are many possible explanations, from hormone changes to partial seizures. Your doctor can help determine if tests or referrals to a specialist are needed to identify the cause and recommend any appropriate treatment.

I too agree with the epilepsy team post, especially if that concerns you. Never hesitate to contact your Dr. on anything that bothers or can't stop thinking about. whether it be your neurologist or PCP.

I agree with the epilepsy team post, but everyone's is dif,I can relate to you and your post here, I got them now and then, I can't say where they come from, but do, but I use my reframe thinking on things like that, and try to make sense of them, but I don't think about it but for a little bit,say a couple minutes and if I can't, I let it go, it happens but don't stress about it, my opinion, hang in there and try and stay pos,
