How Often Rethink Things To Yourself? Curious

I do periodically I think, with doing my self reflection also with my self criticism and everything in general, I am not saying beating myself up with but it does me good by rethinking certain things I may find important to do, even with my condition I have as well, I wasn't quite like that, but I over the years don't mind doing, so what are your thoughts about this ❓

I try and do things in a routine every day but if I forget I have something around me to make myself think before I carry on.

I find myself rethinking things all the time. Especially about the dumb things I did 40 years ago and how my choices have affected others. I literally lose sleep over this.
