Does Epilepsy Have Any Effect For Having Children, And If It Does How So? Curious

I'm a person who all my life was told that I would not be able to have children,I never really understood or asked why that would be, but what would be some of the things that could contribute to the question here I am asking, I don't worry about having kids, I have a wife I have been married to for a bout 25 yrs now and took on 8 kids from her, but just curious about this ❓ I am asking? Your thoughts,

I have Epilepsy from a gene if you ask and look through your family you can get a test to check your genes in my immediate family 4 have Epilepsy

My Meds were changed before having any children first. The Neurologist prescribed Me on better medication if pregnant

We can be healthy as children and then get as adults. I had it as a child and got it back as an adult. This is even more rare. If you got it from the genes, then you will pass it. This is not a joke. It is reality. Ask anyone in my family who now has children. They ignored the warnings, and their children now have seizures.
