@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , Go to the box in the top left corner & click on it & click on “Account Settings”. You said it says you e-mail is wrong & so in this section you could check it. As well as other things.You can also go to click on E -mail Settings & see if the notifications you want to receive are all marked YES. Good luck. Your friend in Texas, Becky
