Thank ou. I found the setting and changed it to not receive so many notifcations.

Everything I read from My Epilepsy Team, comes through my email. I'll get an email saying "one of your teammates asked a question", or "so and so found your answer on a question useful, or this person has added you to their team, I click on the email, which takes me to the post, question, etc. I wanted to keep this site separate from my Facebook page, so I gave my email address to receive all correspondence.
