Why Can't I See Any Of My Activity Or Comments From Others?

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , Click on the box in the top left corner & & then click on Settings & you’ll see where it says “Account Settings” & “Email Settings”. On the Account Settings you might click on that & make sure you have everything you want filled in correctly there & check the Email Settings & make sure you have things marked that you want with a YES or if don’t want it then select NO. So read over those. If you have a message & want a notification, then you could get an e-mail as well as it noting in the top right hand corner that you have some notifications & you can click on that & it will give you a list of the notifications. If you still have trouble, contact the people who run the site by clicking on the box in the top left corner & click where it says “Quick Links” & then click where it says “Help Center”. When you write to them select the “MyEpilepsyTeam” section if it asks for that. Good luck. Your friend in Texas, Becky

I can't find "photo activity"

It looks like there was a recent update to the MyEpilepsyTeam platform that changed how the activity feed and pinboards work. The pinboards have been replaced with a "Photo Activity" section that can be accessed by clicking the link above the main activity feed. To view comments and activity from other members, make sure Show Full Answer

It looks like there was a recent update to the MyEpilepsyTeam platform that changed how the activity feed and pinboards work. The pinboards have been replaced with a "Photo Activity" section that can be accessed by clicking the link above the main activity feed. To view comments and activity from other members, make sure you are looking in the correct sections - the main Activity Feed, My Team Activity feed, or Photo Activity. If you still can't see any posts from others, try logging out and logging back in or contacting customer support for troubleshooting.
