Can You Drive To And From A Clinic To To Get Set Up For An At Home EEG?

The clinic said I can, others have said I can't in case the tests trigger a seizure....

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member The at home eeg set ups are all different. Alot of them now just have a small box which is basically a small computer that records the data. And this sits in a bag that clips on your waist. There may be some places that come to the patient to set it up, but you can go to them. It just depends on where you are and what the policies are like.

The hubs drove me, but I couldn’t drive anyway at that time anyway.

I don’t believe that you would be able to have it done that way. There’s the machine that records everything and although you aren’t connected to it physically. But it records everything that the electrodes are able to see.
I had one done and they came to my house and set it up, including the electrodes attached to my head. Hope all goes well for you and you’re feeling and doing well

You would be better to ask the clinic directly as they all have different policy's around this.
