My 14 Year-old Has Had 3 Seizures Since July. I Can't Identify Any Common Triggers. Are There Any Triggers That You Wouldn't Expect?

As a child my triggers seemed to be stress (school), fear, playing sports (burning energy), etc.I’ve heard caffeine can be a trigger but I never have had a problem with it.

I really don’t know what causes my break-through seizures. I do think that the last two were caused by stress.

There's a long list of possible reasons for the seizures. For me, it was usually stress, lack of sleep or getting overheated
