Try to focus on self-care - eat regular, nutritious meals, get enough sleep, and find healthy ways to manage stress through exercise, meditation, or talking with loved ones. If the auras continue, let your neurologist know - they may adjust medications or provide other suggestions to get the seizures back under control.

Good luck Pam I think you’re going well with all going on, that’s a lot going on. I recommend walking & music for 30-40 minutes & trying to switch off for a few minutes, itll be ok & good luck xx
