If You Don't Cook Because Of Seizures And Danger Of Fire, How Do You Get A Full, Balanced Fresh Meal?
Those pre-made frozen meals are laden with salt. What do I do?

Nope, I am never am hungry. I pretty much have one meal and a snack per a day. I used to eat more when I was little probably because I wasn’t taking as many medications.
I cook and have been known to bake I will make flow blown dinners with the works I have not had a seizure in 45 years, I take my meds every day and go from there
I only eat one meal a day as a general rule, as long as you're weight is in the normal range don't let it get to you just be careful what you eat
Look for low-fat dinners
My loving and supporting wife of 35 years as well as our 25 & 29 year old daughters are great cooks. I was a great cook until I started to take non-epileptic seizures at the age of 52. I let them cook 99% of the time now because they cook great tasting meals. Our daughters learned their great cooking ability from their mom. Our youngest has a lot of food allergies and the meals she cooks are wonderful.
