Sounds like you have Focal Onset Aware seizures. You are conscious during your seizures.

Unlike myself I have Focal Onset impairment awareness seizures
( unconscious during seizures )

During a seizure, the electrical activity in the brain is disrupted, which can cause changes in awareness, sensation, behavior, or memory. Some people may experience visual hallucinations or distortions during a seizure, but often have little or no memory of them afterwards. This is because seizures affect the parts of the brain responsible for memory formation and recall. After a seizure ends, the brain goes through a recovery and resetting process. Memories and sensations from during the seizure often don't get transferred properly into long-term memory. So while someone may have vivid experiences during a seizure itself, the details are quickly forgotten once the seizure activity stops.
