Has Anyone Taken Medication 💊 In The Middle Of The Day ?

I was talking to my therapist through Phone 📱, when i realize i forgot to take my medicine. i wasn’t sure , so i went to check my pill box and sure there it was . i quickly panicked and took it (Vimpact, Briviact ,clobazam and Clonazepam) i instinctively regret it … but my body felt so off before i realized i had missed it … Now this was at 1:30ish pm . usually i take it at 8:30ish am…. so i automatically messed up my time schedule…. ugh … thoughts/opinions …
Please no judgements

Yes I was taking them 4X a day. Now it’s just 3. Really not a problem, set an alarm on your phone.

It's understandable to feel concerned about taking your epilepsy medications at an unusual time. Many MyEpilepsyTeam members have been in similar situations. The good news is that taking your medications a few hours late or earlier than normal likely won't cause major issues. However, it's wise to consult your doctor or pharmacist to understand if or how to adjust the timing of any remaining doses that day to get back on your regular schedule. To prevent medication timing issues in the future, consider using tools like a pill organizer or checklist to help you remember and track when you take each dose. You can also set phone alerts as reminders. Having a plan in place can give some peace of mind. Most importantly, try not to judge yourself too harshly - we all make mistakes sometimes.

when I miss my time to take my meds I have a "1 hour window" to take the dose. If I miss a dose and miss the "1 hour window" then I miss that dose and am not to take the dose. I then move to my next scheduled dose and time. Do not take dosages outside the regular 1 hour window of scheduled dosages.

i am guessing you are mornin and night or mornin and bed. my advice, get your bedtime meds later. if your bed meds are at 9... take it at 10 or 11... even if you have to stay awake. maybe get a alarm.

I agree with you and your post and the other people's posts too, I have done that and I think that is ok by me, but am not you, I think that there is enough in my system to not be a little prob with, if I forgot I have taken one of my meds that day for the dose, I'll skip it till next one due, my opinion but hang in there and try and stay pos
