How are you aware of the the one you may have slept wrong or are uncertain about If it was a seizure, I've had that happen a few times, I am aware of the the ones that I'm awake and last 20,30 sec, but I have a few I asked myself was it a seizure or what? What are your thoughts on this ❓ and has it happened to you? Wondering a neutral?
My seizures are very well controlled. I only have a seizure every 2-3 years. After my husband and son, my doctor is the next to know.
I'm controlled, so I don't have to estimate. I normally have 2 or less in 6 months between visits

My doctors can see every seizure I have on the RNS. Otherwise my mom keeps track of them and everybody who witnesses me having a seizure will call my mom and tell her
My wife and both our daughters write down the date, the time and what happened, where the note books goes right back to when I took my first seizure in April 2014.
My Neurologist would know if I had a seizure as I would let him know. They always happen in the day time. No seizure since October 2023.
