I have been on my meds of divaprolex and levetiracetam, I'm ok with that and sometimes I get a little bit agitated and a few other mood swings on occasion, they have their side effects of each one I take, one the divaprolex has 20 and so does the levaceratum I take, I have a few of them that effects me a little bit but not all that are listed with each med, a few but I am used to them and what to expect from them, it doesn't happen often but does on occasion, but what are your thoughts about… read more

I think that I get agitated on my own. Right now I am very well adjusted to my medications.

Keppra was more of a problem than I thought. When I had the surgery and got the opportunity to come off of Keppra, I heard from my oldest son, "We've been waiting for this dad for a long time.". I guess I had a bad case of "Kepprage".

I have epilepsy medication, rheumatoid arthritis medication, back protection medication, and most importantly heart protection medication.

The medication I mentioned above is taken at specific timing. I have a holder for everything that is taken daily and evening hours so that makes my life easier. I'm also ordering a larger plastic storage bin to hold medication and rid the setup that I have now.

Phenobarbital is used as a sedative and to help people with withdrawal symptoms, but I have adjusted to the medication over the years and really have no side effects. I am also on lamotragine XR and really have no problems with that either. I am an anxious person by nature, but I don’t think it is due to medications.

I'm lucky when it comes to the side effects of meds! The only side effect I get hit with is causing drowsiness and dose off for a short period of time. I believe that is a side effect mostly all meds have and I believe mostly everybody has effect them. I have no problem with taking the meds just upset sometimes when I don't realize how low I am on meds and need a refill and either pharmacy is out they'll have it in a couple days or I need doc to order refill and it is the weekend and docs dept. of the hosp. is closed. Can't get it called in until Monday. Do get agitated with pharmacists occasionally. As I did the other day because they gave me the medication doc ordered, after doc increased mg. They gave me the meds but didn't tell me it was not the full order of the prescription doc. ordered. I went to get a refill the other day because I only have a couple days left. They then told me they can't give me any for another 2wks. because my insurance will not pay for it. Luckily I always try to order my refills about a week before out so I can usually have enough to last if things like this happens!
