How Do Think Your Age Is A Factor In The Condition We Have, Does It Or Not?

I think that it's a factor yes, but I have over the years learned to adjust and adapt to it and kinda grew with it and the condition I have, it took a little bit to get there, but did, anyway I don't have a prob with that, and my age is not a issue with me, It's blended in my life with and doesn't seem to bother me, my opinion what are your thoughts?

To all,
If I take my meds and watch my triggers, the meds and dosages are working for me. Now that my Conservator is doing things properly, I am under far less stress (a Trigger). My Caretaker prepares me breakfast and meals for dinner. I am not cook, but can have dry cereal, fruit, and yogurt and Tea. I was diagnosed at 7, so do not feel that Age has much to do with it. However, as we age an occasional nap is needed.

I try to focus more on the triggers to a seizure and try to avoid them. I’m hoping that seizures don’t get worse as I age. Epilepsy didn’t reappear in my life until I got older. A big factor now for me is the impact of a seizure on my short term memory along with my age. Medication is also a factor.

I feel that age is not a factor with our condition. We can get it at any age but I have noticed that the older I get, the worser my seizures are but I'm learning to accept that it's part of me.

With me it’s more the many years ( almost my full life ) living with Epilepsy. I went through the many ups and downs with epilepsy. And learned a lot through those ups and down . The older I got the better I got with coping and still learned new things about Epilepsy, here and there

No. You can get Epilepsy at any age. It does not discriminate.
