Pittsboro, NC

Has anyone ever tried to or participated in clinical trials? I tried to, but because I am allergic to an AED I did not qualify.

Can't find one in my area. I would love to but not open to trying new drugs, Mine work just fine.

I have. They tried IVIG tmt on me. This is usually used for autoimmune diseases. My seizures come from a TBI from an accident in the military. They tried to clean out my BBB (brain blood barrier).
Didn’t work
Also I’m on a medication study in Canada 🇨🇦. I am one of the first to try Xcopri when it came in Canada. It’s working so far and has reduced some other medicines I am using.

Since I am medication resistant (can only take low dose) I don't get involved with research as there were many medications taken over the years to get me where I am today.
