As For Breakfast, Do You Like Pancakes Or French Toast Or Waffles? Wondering

A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I like and don't mind which one is made, but I do prefer French toast 75% than pancakes i think 10% and waffles the other 15%, they are all good and don't have any effect on my condition I have, but what are your thoughts?

I like all three , but if I was to choose , I would choose Pancakes followed by Waffles , then French Toast .

Not for breakfast but for supper, at times I would have waffles or pancakes. Since I have arthritis, I can't have bread or normal flour. I do miss eating them.
For breakfast, I mainly have cereal with milk. And a banana.
