My sister and brother had to wear glasses before their age made it into the double digits. I am 63 now and I finally had to buy prescription reading glasses when I was 50. My eyes have not changed since buying my first and only pair of prescription since I was 50, he told me, back then, that I could buy a pair of over the counter if I wanted to.

I’ve had glasses or contacts since high school.

I had good vision up til 2009 when I was constantly reading surveys on my computer. I have been doing eye exercises since 2015. If I keep doing them each day, my clear vision comes back.
