I send a message to my doctors via MyChart. My husband keeps a list on a word document.

I was doing this when I was having known seizures and in the process of having testing for it. I've stopped doing it at the moment as I found that not everything, I was picking up turned out to be a seizure and a lot of it turned out to be minor symptom related events and, in the end, because I was so focused on the side issues, I would miss the seizure if one did happen. Going by the eeg tests.

These days I focus more on known auras & aura symptoms that are linked to my diagnoses and try to work out when they happen. When I focus on that its a lot less stressful.
