I’ve never had a blood vessel break before during a seizure. That’s a new one for me. I’ve experienced paralysis before though. The first time that happened was Dec of 2021

I have never broken a blood vessel but I have had seizures in my face. My husband does not tell me the details of any of the seizures I have. I guess it is scary and uncomfortable for him. I understand.

My eyes pull and my face is uneven. I look like I have had a stroke.

I don’t know if this counts , but have blackout seizures and I sometimes vocalize during my seizures.
