To me kinda funny first thing is loss of speech from seizure so just put up hand for a bit Shake head yes if asked if okay. When speech returns tell them why. At times like checking out at stores people already know, can hear them assuring others I'm fine. Some quite surprised at how brief an epileptic seizure can be. Relax all minds a little bout epilepsy no reason to get upset by a simple partial. Always know we'll be fine after how mind sees or reacts to is important. Never scared of even my more severe ones when younger once I knew bout epilepsy. If we didn't know bout epilepsy like years ago we'd be terrified. Clear minds of fears for no reason and not worry bout future ones from stress know meds will keep you safe best.

I’m not sure if my meaning of Brain Farts are the same as yours, but I jokingly tell people I’m having a brain fart . At the same time I’m am frustrated.

My meaning is , when I’m in the middle of talking about something , and at a certain point I will forget my words I was going to say , maybe stutter a little on my words and forgetting what subject was being talked about.

Pleas consult Dr bout change in seizures. My Dr got mad once cause I hadn't- told me not to play Dr for myself! Just cause I felt was minor didn't mean was until Dr assured me it was. To ask others here isn't going to help or ease mind bout either.
