Has Anyone Tried XCopri?

A neurologist at Mayo Clinic (not my regular neurologist) put me on XCopri after stopping my Dilantin and slowly taking me off lamotrigene. I’ve had good days and bad, but am slowly (over 12 weeks) titrating up to 200 mg once a day. I think it’s working very well. Just interested in other opinions.

I’ve been on Xcopri since 2021 only 150 mg and it has been definitely one of the best medications I’ve been on and I’ve been on many with myself being medication-resistant I love it and had very few of the side effects other than a lil trouble with speaking from time to time but overall I think it’s a great meditation! I hope it continues to help you! 💜

I am on Xcopri 100mg @ bed time(since 2022). Works well, no issues with any side effects. My neurologist just added Lamictal, 50mg 2XD.

I have been on Xcopri 200 mg. ! It’s great! I am on Briviac 75 mg bid and zonisimide 200 mg. . Sz are so much better!

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I’m glad! Just a question from a few months back… were you looking at resective surgery? I can’t remember. There was a discussion on it when I started considering it (I still am in the process of tests and talking to the surgeon.)
