Iā€™m on the full dose 250 mg also with 2 other medication. I am having a lot less seizures. But I am tired and not as motivated

I am on XCOPRI, 150 mg, once a day. My MD titrated me up from 12.5 mg, I also take 2 other Meds with it. Have had some success and some failure.

New med XCOPRI is new way to help focal seizures. Try it out see if helps reduce yours. I did no luck but know it has helped others. No big deal to try it, won't know till you do.

I understand feeling hopeless when treatments haven't worked. However, there are always new options emerging that may help, like XCOPRI. One member on MyEpilepsyTeam tried XCOPRI and found it reduced their seizures.
