Any Way To Battle Side Effects From Meds? BEST I’ve Felt In Past 30 Years Was 4 Weeks Without Meds (2 Weeks After Brain Surgery).

If I get side effect that I can’t handle , I alway talk to my Dr. ,for an alternative medication.

I suffer headaches, fatigue and heavy eyes. To battle my fatigue I try to remain as active as possible without breaking my body. I also schedule naps at particular times of the day. Somedays this isn't possible so I just persevere. Practicing mindfulness and using sleep apps helps to make me feel more positive about.

You can but you really need to work out, out of all the side effects you get what ones are just going to come and go and be things that may be fine with no extra treatment compared to what may need to be managed. It's really something to discuss with your Dr.
