I go to chiropractor on a regular basis due to back and neck injuries acquired years ago from work. I have started going to massages this year for self-care and didn't realize how expensive they were. My usual place is $100 each appointment. I'm researching to see what other options are available since I'm having to go more often. Insurance won't call or email me back to see if any of the appointment costs would be covered.
