I love listening to music. Look online at a Bose website for a good music system. A Bluetooth. All I have to do is keep my IPAD not far from it talk to it and it will play any song possible.

Do You Know How Significant That Control Of Anxiety And/or Depression Is To Improving Memory Recall?
I didn't truly understand until last week. I started Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with my therapist at the beginning of September, but I just reached a progress point last week. Who Would Be Willing To Be Part Of A ZOOM Meeting(s) To Have Real Time Discussions Among Friends To Get To Know Each Other Better?
Obviously, the fact that we have friends on here in just about all, if not all, of the time zones on the planet, thus it would have to be smaller gatherings by region to start. After all, it is around 1:30 pm EST here in MA right now, but it is 6:30pm in London and Tuesday 5:30am in Sydney.
It would be helpful in getting to know friends that we cannot meet with locally if we could use ZOOM to meet with at least some of them.
