I haven't had a seizure in along time but I still get these monster headaches. Anyone know how to make them go away?

Put a hot rag on your head or take a hot shower. Moister heat always helps mine!!!

I have had a headache since yesterday so in the end I put a hot towel over my head and it seems to of got a bit better as the only way it stop hearting was when I had my head in between my legs but you can't walk around like that

When you have a head ache try taking a hot shower the heat moister should take it away, that's what I do when I have a migraine. I also have one of those microwave jell heat packs and that helps to and puts me to sleep!!!
