Yes, I get horrible pain and jumping in both my legs. I thought it was Restless Leg Syndrome but it is getting progressively worse. It keeps me awake at night and in miserable pain, sometimes to the point of tears. I have tried to soak in hot baths to relax it, and sometimes get massages, but with only mixed results on both. It does leave me extremely fatigued, frustrated and depressed. It does seem to be worse when I am already tired, so I have to be really diligent about getting enough sleep. Just got the magnesium suggestion today, so I am going to try that....

Yes I have they are a lot better on the Keto. diet. So for me it is No Alcoholic beverages. No sugars ! hour before bed and no getting over tired before I go to bed. It started for me for me from being pulled cold turkey off of meds. be careful when coming off meds.It has taken 12 and a half years to straightened out to livable.

I get cramp in my legs sometimes at night and hurts like hell and the next day after. Also feels like things crawling under my skin but nothing there. Always seems worst at night so have problems sleeping which then is not good for my epilepsy. This can make me have a seizure because of lack of sleep but can't sleep.
