It's dif per person, I do that sometimes with my feet and legs a little bit while trying to get to sleep, I don't do it every day but I do it say frequently, I think it helps me get to sleep and don't think that is a prob doing it, I eventually get to sleep and get a decent night's sleep in, but that is my opinion here on the question asked, hang in there and try and stay pos

i have jme sometimes in the morning my central nervous system takes a while to get it together restless everything and shaky hands and legs so i take my time before getting out of bed relax and always have water near my bedside. so meds first thing little stretch in bed and tapping my body speaking to my whole body to be kind to my brain lol it works for the most part. body mind communication is real and helps loads even if just psycholigically
