Okay. On Sunday night I was playing on my phone and started to have a aura so I got on my bed and layed down. All of a sudden if felt like I was stiff and I was in the feedle position for a couple of minutes, both of my arms was over my face while in the feedle position, my eyes was opened the whole time and I was jetting a little bit. The whole thing didn't end in till like 9 minutes but it seemed like a long time before I came out of it. when I came out of it I was kinda angry at myself.

I've had 3 tonic-clonics in a row before, and was fully aware of what was going on. I cried afterwards ( a normal reaction at times for me.) My husband was by my side the whole time. I slept afterwards.

Dear Jamieh we are all different but I get that feeling before I get my absence because I am trying to find out why I got there / we sometimes call them in the UK floating sensations or out of body feelings also related to a De ja' vu experience I was diagnosed with Focal epp because I just have a blank stare

It sounds like a mini seizure or a convulsion.
