Does Anyone Know With The Time Change If You Take Your Medications Hour Later Or Do You Stick With The Time You Usually Take Medicine?

I think that it depend of the person .Me i Take my pilla at 8h30am and 8 hr30 pm since 5 years

I always stick with the same time schedule for my Meds. It doesn't matter if it's the Fall Back or Spring Forward time change. I still stay with the same time for taking my meds

I usually take my meds at 10 am and 10 pm. I just stick with the same times. 1 hour won't make a difference :)

Stay the same. For me, I'm going to bed an hour earlier anyway.
