yes i have seziures and memory lost I carry a little note pad and right things down i should remember i carry the not pad in my shirt pocket
so i can see it when important things mush be done

I also have reminders on my phone for when I need to take my meds. And I also can't remember the names of people! I remember faces but that's it? Its a problem because I work with so many people. Good luck Christina, you are not alone xx

Don't worry, it's certainly not just you. You're not alone in any sense. I don't mean to dismiss worry and unease if you're feeling confused. They're perfectly understandable. Epilepsy doesn't play fair and it's hard stay unfazed. It's inconsistent, turning up as and when it does. I'd say short term memory haunts me most of all.

I notice this often on myself! However I think my medicine actually helps with that! Do you notice trouble remembering the weeks after a seizure? I can't remember what happened the weeks after my seizures...

Memory is my worst problem.Its so common its almost a given. If you have sz you have memory problems.I keep a note book close by to record not only something like a name but details like Mike,dark hair,tall,accent.Something abt writing it helps it stick more and helps me in an desperate struggle to remember quick.Same with phone and sticky notes, Calendar with appointments,to dos.A permanent place for everything.I even try to park my car in the far s/w area all the time
