Crap I even forgot I have sleep apnea ,, not gonna wear a mask no way ,, I wouldn't keep it on ,, would be too invasive ,, Geez I'm a mess

Yep I have narcolepsy as well as epilepsy with possible catalepsy. Finding it so hard to manage.

Eek! I know the feeling but my anxiety w/brought on by pple trying to kill me. I got over it w/meds. I use to work at a treatment place and it here I felt at home. I respected them as pple w/issuses. I didn't ever listen to there story's while I was there working, but some would come out that were in there and start in on me! That part of it wasn't nothing most finally backed off. Some dippys hacked my life then went on a ramp page.

I have the Epilepsy, Narcolepsy, and my sleeping habits at bedtime are terrible if I get 3hrs straight thru it is a good night. I suffer with depression , anxiety and panic attacks which are being treated with medications. I ask myself many times why me.
