Antihistamines
This has been discussed in other areas but I want to know peoples thoughts. A few months ago I suffered from vertigo labyrinthitis. Basically I was having dizzy spells and the doctor said I had an inner ear infection. He prescribed me some antihistamine tablets. I asked if they would effect my other epilepsy medication and he said they actually might help reduce the number of seizures I have. I usually have one or two seizures a month but since taking the tablets I haven't had a seizure for two… read more
I know it may be different for "each person," (because what helps 1 person,
may not help the other
person)
I myself have tried several different meds
for my seizures before
I found "what helped/
worked, for me."
No one is reality sure but there is research ongoing as we speak. It is like topamax it was made as a pill to loose weight but found worked better to control seizures.
I’ve never heard that but I’m going to ask my dr. When I go back
One thing that may help is, if you take any
vitamins...take them
#1 hour before or #1
hour after you take your meds.
That gives your med a chance to get into your system without
having any "interaction
from vitamin(s)!"

Any Suggestions Please For Hayfever Tablets That Won’t Cause A Seizure?
Has Anyone Found That After Taking Allergy Meds If You Stop Taking Them Then Your Seizure Activity Goes On The Rise?
Taking Antihistamines (hay Fever Tablets) While On Keppra?
